Florida Keys Inshore Reef Fishing Charter

The Florida Keys is famous for having the only emergent living coral reef in North America and is a habitat for many game fish that we target, these include but are not limited to:

black grouper - red grouper - gag grouper - goliath grouper - warsaw grouper - strawberry grouper - nassau grouper - yellowtail snapper - mangrove snapper - mutton snapper - red snapper - king mackrel - cero mackerel - cobia - sailfish - sharks - amberjacks and more.

We fish the reef with a variety of techniques including:

kite fishing - bottom fishing - flat lining - drift fishing - live chumming, trolling and jigging.

With over 300 species of fish to catch you never know what the reef has instore for you.

OFF SHORE CHARTER

Our offshore fishery here in the keys is diverse to say the least.

Target species include:
dolphin - wahoo - saifish - spearfish - blue marlin - sharks - tripletail - blackfin tuna - bonita - amberjack - yellowfin tuna - king mackerel - cero mackerel snowy grouper - golden tilefish and vermillion snapper.


All the fish are targeted with a variety of techniques including Kite fishing -deep dropping - trolling - live chumming - chunking - sight fishing and jigging.

At 26 miles from our dock we have the Marathon Hump which is an underwater sea mount that produces upwellings from the sea floor. We target blackfin tuna,marlin and other species there. Most sailfish are caught within 10 miles of our dock!

The offshore fishing in the keys is a great way to enjoy our very prolific fishery

The Back Country Fishing


The Back Country Fishery on the Gulf side of the keys is as diverse as
our offshore and reef systems. Wrecks make up the majority of our angling opportunities in this area.

The primary species are:

mangrove snapper - cobia - spanish mackerel - lemon shark - bull shark, black tip shark - spinner shark - king mackerel - gag grouper - goliath grouper.

We target these fish with a variety of techniques including:
bottom fishing - kite fishing - jigging - trolling and sight fishing.


The Back Country Fishery is a great way to fish the keys even when the weather is not cooperating.You can almost always go fishing in the keys!!!!
